With the potential alcohol down to 5% from 13% and the balling reading at 10, it is time to transfer the wine from the Primary fermentation vessel (bucket with spigot) into the Secondary fermentation vessel (Glass Carboy). Thanks to Robin, we can see this process in pictures.
